Jennifer Lee, JD

Jennifer Lee served as a volunteer educator during her time in undergraduate and graduate school with organizations in both China and the United States working to close the educational opportunity gap for at-risk communities. Her volunteer teaching experiences have helped her understand the power of cohesive community action and strengthened her desire to work with folks committed to ensure that all have equal access to the education system.
In addition to her volunteer activities, Jennifer serves in a civil rights compliance role for the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity, where she investigates complaints of housing discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, disability, and familial status ensuring that all have equal access to housing.
